We officially broke ground on March 6th!
After many cold, icy, and snowy weeks, we finally came home from work to see construction equipment near the lot and the land being cleared.
Now that the weather is getting better things are moving along as planned. Monday the footing was poured, and for the rest of this week they are laying the cinderblocks for the lower level. According to our Project Manager, the lumber will be delivered on March 19th. As of now, the expected completion of the house is the end of June.
Once there is more progress, I will post some of the pictures that I have. I can’t wait to share more details as the build continues.
