Welcome back to our Christmas Home Tour 2020. We left off upstairs in the master bedroom, so if you missed that you can take the tour here.
Today, I’m sharing a somewhat odd space – the powder room.
Now, I’m not going to lie, it’s a little weird to write an entire post about a bathroom in my home. But, I wanted to share this space with you in case you are looking for ideas and inspiration for your own home.
I like to add seasonal details wherever I can. And this space is one of my favorites because of these shelves.
These shelves are my viral claim to fame! I shared them originally in our powder room reveal, and they went CRAZY on Pinterest.
It’s fun to switch out the decor here for each season. So for Christmas this year, I added a few details to help bring in the holiday feeling.
The mini village houses were another Target find this year. They had a bunch of these in the dollar section, but the modern black ones sold out so fast. I’m glad I was able to grab a few sets because they are perfect on these shelves.
I filled this vase with some pretty mini ornaments. Don’t you just love those colors? Ornaments are such a fun thing to decorate with during the holidays, and they aren’t just for the tree.
On the top shelf, I added my little burlap snowman. It’s a decor piece that I’ve had for years, and I just think it’s cute!
I added a small lantern to the powder room with a candle holder inside. At night, it glows thanks to a small battery powered candle.
Over by the sink, I have a cute decorative soap out. I got it at Disney World at the Basin store years ago. There’s Mickey Mouse shapes inside and It’s just too cute that I’ve never used it! I am pretty sure it smells like evergreen though, so I like to bring it out at Christmas.
The hand soap is my go-to Mrs. Meyers. But this one is a seasonal Christmas scent – peppermint! It’s so yummy you have to try it.
I get most of my cleaning supplies from Grove.co.
If you want to try Grove, you can get a FREE Mrs. Meyer’s Cleaning kit. And, you’ll also get a free 60 day trial of VIP, which means free shipping on any products from Grove! Just click HERE to claim your offer.
Alright, what do you think of my powder room for Christmas? Yep, it still feels weird.
I hope you enjoyed this tour of our Christmas powder room. Stay tuned to see the rest of our home decked out for the holidays!
